Xkey blinking red or not recognized on iOS

Note: Do not plug the adapter into the iPad and then the keyboard into the adapter, instead you should plug the Xkey keyboard into the adapter and then the adapter into the iOS device

If you have a corded Xkey keyboard (not bluetooth) and it is blinking red or not recognized by your device do the following:

• unplug it
• wait 5 seconds
• and plug it back in

The game should recognize the keyboard in 8-10 seconds. if it does not, task kill the game and launch it again.
